How do I schedule a consultation?

Is the initial consultation chargeable?

The first consultation is intended to scope the matter, understand the facts and assess the likely work involved. Fees, if applicable, are discussed and agreed before any engagement is finalised.

Will I speak directly with counsel?

Yes. Consultations and ongoing matters are handled by Adv. Shubham Kumar directly. The practice does not route enquiries through associates or executives.

Are in-person meetings possible?

Yes. The Delhi office is available for in-person meetings by prior appointment. Most matters can also be handled remotely, and clients across India and abroad routinely instruct the practice without an in-person meeting.

What information should I have ready for the first consultation?

A short factual summary of the matter, relevant correspondence or documents, and any deadlines or pending steps. The more focused the information, the more productive the consultation.
